October 27, 2013 - With Kailani as a toddler, it was dressing up as a princess or a fairy, or even Gloria the Hippo from Madagascar.. With Kristian, in a matter of a day he will go from the "Dark Knight King Rises named Pippin" to the "Skeleton Ghost Knight." And, he can't forget his armor and weapons to always be prepared for battle!
His pumpkin design request for his Dad began with just that pumpkin in the middle of the page at first. Then, as Daddy was carving beside him, he added the rest of the fine details. I see a fancy head armor design and a skeleton with his sword, so I'm guessing that this is what Kristian imagines he looks like in costume!! ;)
P.S. If you see a helmet in our upcoming Halloween photos, it's because Kristian is a "skeleton ghost knight." The helmet is his version of a knight's head armor! :D
