Daddy's Key Lime Pie - One of his favorite desserts.
November 5, 2012 - Chris' birthday fell on a Monday this year. We celebrated it many times over the weekend. On Saturday, we we watched Disney's "Wreck it Ralph" which we loved, then we had dinner at Armenta's, a local Mexican restaurant here and the best we've had so far. We were debating on leaving for the weekend--we had tickets to the Texas Motor Speedway in Forth Worth, Texas. It looked as though there may be rain in the forecast and if it did rain, they'd cancel the race. So, we left the following Sunday.
