Thanksgiving Dinner
Last minute plans to Houston were cancelled (Auntie had to work the holiday), so we stayed home and a low-key Thanksgiving. We decided on trying a TurDucHen (turkey, duck, chicken roll) along with ham, rolls, corn on the cob, stuffing, green bean casserole, a homemade pumpkin roll w/cream cheese frosting, and Pink Moscato. We had more than enough and plenty of leftovers.
This year marks the 10th year Chris and I have been making turkey dinners. I also realize I've made more than ten turkeys because some years I made double the turkeys in order to give them to the Landstuhl Fisher House (Germany) and Open Door Mission (Nebraska).
Just the 4 of us
While Kailani and I did the clean-up, these two were in the living room.
This is how I found them.
