November 22, 2010 - Kailani's assignment for the past two weeks was to create a timeline. We all had to participate in the family project and we had to be sure to include many events and milestones including firsts, vacations, places we've been, etc. Her project ended up being the biggest one!
We needed two poster boards to fit all the pictures and descriptions. We used rainbow yarn to make the line connecting the pictures throughout the poster. We had many ideas as to how we could creatively arrange the photos, but the easiest way was to start from the left to right, drop down and go right to left, and then drop to the final row from left to right. Every event was dated and labeled in sequence since her birth.
It was fun and nostalgic to reminisce about Kailani's early years as well as to see how much she's grown up. Our pictures also made us miss Europe and we hope we can go back there again soon. We began with Kailani's birth in Norfolk, Virginia. I let her choose the newborn picture. Here are the rest of her timeline descriptions to go along with each picture:

| August 2006: Netherlands – We visited Amsterdam, Amstelveen, and Volendam, Netherlands. |
| August 2006: France – We stopped by Reims, France and visited the famous museums in Paris. |
| December 2006: Norfolk & Virginia Beach, VA – We came home for my aunt’s college graduation. |
| July 2007: Grand Canyon and Phoenix, AZ – We visited the Grand Canyon and Phoenix, Arizona when Mom graduated with her Master’s degree from University of Phoenix. |
| August 2007: Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and the Alps – We went to Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland in the Alpine region. |
| August 2007: Lake Eibsee – We went to Lake Eibsee, a glacial lake, at the foot of Zugspitze, Grainau, Germany. |
| September 2007: Vogelweh Elementary - I started preschool at Vogelweh Elementary, Germany. |
| September 2007: Kaiserslautern American – A picture of me and my Dad at the Swiss Alps was in our local newspaper. |

| February 9, 2009: Omaha, NE – My baby brother, Kristian Antonio, was born! |
| March 2009: Grandma Bernie Visits – My Grandma Bernie comes for a visit! |
| July 2009: Grandma Judy and Cousins Visit – My Grandma Judy and cousins come for a visit! |
| August 2009: Offutt AFB, NE – I learned how to swim! |
| September 2009: LeMay Elementary – I became best friends with Seyla Thompson! |
| December 2009: VA Beach & Norfolk, VA – We’re home for Christmas and it was Kristian’s first time meeting more family and being in Virginia! |
| May 2010: First Roller Coaster – I rode on many roller coasters at the Nickelodeon Theme Park at Mall of America! |
| July 2010: VA Beach & Norfolk, VA – We’re back at home for summer vacation and Kristian gets baptized. |
| August 2010: Tooth Fairy Visits – I lost my first set of teeth!  |
