Ice Cream Shop and Train Stop

August 25, 2012 - After dinner on Saturday, we went to a new local coffee/ice cream shop in downtown San Angelo. Stango's brought back to our parent's time. It brought us back generations from the 40-70's! Check the link to see what we walked into because we were too busy enjoying our treats: Chris' milk shake, Kai's ice cream sundae, and I had french vanilla ice cream (Henry's ice cream made in Plano, Texas) on an ice cream cone. We all the experience  with the atmosphere, good oldies music, and arcade games for the kids. The only thing missing was the ability to share the place with our parents and the orange sherbet flavor Kristian wanted. He had to share Daddy's milkshake.

Next time, I need to bring more change to play my favorite songs at the jukebox!

Right afterwards, we drove to the Railway Museum.

It was closed, but we just visited the outside of the trains. Kristian wanted so badly to go inside the museum and play with the model trains! He was so upset that he cried halfway home. We promised to take him there soon.
