Dark chocolate, chocolate fudge cake truffles
Recently, I participated in a bake sale and I was going to make a jelly roll/cake roll/swiss roll, but changed my mind. I came across a recipe for chocolate truffles and decided to try it out. The recipe made over 3 dozen truffles and they were very sweet and delicious. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to quickly cover the cake balls with the melted chocolate and before the chocolate hardened.
